- Objective: Resign from outdated or misaligned commitments to prioritize what truly matters.
- Instructions:
- List Current Obligations: Include all tasks, roles, or commitments that feel draining or misaligned.
- Evaluate Value Alignment: For each, assess how well it aligns with your core values and priorities (1-5).
- Identify Resignation Opportunities: If any commitment scores 3 or below in alignment, consider how to phase it out respectfully.
- Reflection Prompt: What commitments am I holding onto out of habit or obligation? What could I gain by letting go of them?
