Backbone of new processes
Melanie Sodka facilitated a planning session of the Angel One Board of Directors which resulted in a significant makeover of our focus and process. What really impressed me was that while my Board Chair and I met with Melanie and set some structure around the session, when things things started to take change of direction, Melanie adapted and helped crystalize the new directions. Her follow-up notes became the backbone of Angel One’s new process. I am pleased to say I have already referred her services.
