Layer 3: Resignation

  • Definition: Letting go of commitments that no longer align with your values, allowing space for growth.
  • Objective: Resign from outdated or misaligned commitments to prioritize what truly matters.
  • Instructions:
    • List Current Obligations: Include all tasks, roles, or commitments that feel draining or misaligned.
    • Evaluate Value Alignment: For each, assess how well it aligns with your core values and priorities (1-5).
    • Identify Resignation Opportunities: If any commitment scores 3 or below in alignment, consider how to phase it out respectfully.
  • Reflection Prompt: What commitments am I holding onto out of habit or obligation? What could I gain by letting go of them?
