- Instructions:
- List Your Options: Write down all the options or opportunities you’re currently considering.
- Score Each Option (1-5): Rate each based on alignment with your values and priorities (1 = low alignment, 5 = high alignment).
- Narrow Down: Choose the top 3 options with the highest scores. Focus on these for the next few weeks.
- Reflection Prompt: What am I hoping to gain by choosing this option? Will this choice add to my well-being, or is it a distraction?
